Middle East Intelligence Bulletin
Jointly published by the United States Committee for a Free Lebanon and the Middle East Forum
MEIB Submission Guidlines

Articles submitted for publication in Middle East Intelligence Bulletin should be between 1,000-3,000 words, address contemporary events in the Middle East, and maintain a balance between analytical and informative content. Footnotes to relevant media sources are encouraged, especially if the article incorporates information available only in foreign-language publications.

Articles should be submitted via email to info@meib.org as a text attachment or in the body of the email. Financial compensation will range from $75-$200, depending on the size of the article and the amount of research involved.

A final note: MEIB does not publish articles that explicitly advocate or criticize political policies or agendas. The thinking behind this is that providing the public with objective facts about what's happening in Lebanon, Syria and elsewhere in the Middle East will go a long way toward breaking the ironclad consensus that seems to dictate decision-making in Washington. In this sense, MEIB complements the efforts of those who are trying to advance alternative ideas about what US policy in the Mideast should be.
